Loop Application 의 출시 및 사용 가능 설정 방법
최근 Microsoft 365 에서 Loop Application 이 Preview 모드로 나오게 되었습니다.
다른 협업툴인 노션과 비슷한 느낌인 것 같습니다.
그런데 사용을 하려면 권한이 필요합니다. 권한이 없으면 해당 애플리케이션을 사용할 수 가 없네요.
사용을 위한 권한 설정에 대해서 한 번 알아보도록 하겠습니다.
Microsoft 365 recently released Loop Application in Preview Mode.
That looks like notion, another co-working tool for sharing knowledge.
Utilizing this, however, permission is in need. Without it you cannot utilize this even access as well.
I will walk you through all the permission configuring process for utilizing this new application.
AAD P1 라이선스가 없는 Business Standard 를 기반으로 하여 테스트를 진행하였기에
다이나믹 그룹이 아닌 보안그룹을 활용하였습니다. 다이나믹 그룹을 사용하는 것이 조금 더 편하게 관리가 가능합니다.
Since this guide tested with Microsoft 365 Business Standard License, I utilize Security Group instead of Dynamic Group. Dynamic Group can be used with AAD P1 License which is not included in License I used. Utilizing Dynamic Group will ease your administration.
관리자 계정으로 Microsoft 365 관리 센터 접근합니다.
왼쪽 위 탐색 메뉴 > Teams 및 그룹 > 활성 팀 및 그룹 > 보안 으로 접근합니다.
그 후, 아래와 같이 그룹 추가를 클릭합니다.
Access to Microsoft 365 admin center with admin permission.
Access to M365 with Admin Permission. And access Active teams & groups under Teams & groups.
Click Security and Click Add a group.
보안을 선택하고 다음을 클릭합니다.
Select Security and Next.
보안 그룹 이름을 입력해준 후, 다음을 클릭합니다.
Naming Security Group and next.
검토 후, 그룹 만들기를 클릭해줍니다.
Create Group.
생성된 보안 그룹을 선택하시고 구성원 모두 보기 및 관리를 클릭합니다.
Click the Security Group you made, View all and manage members
구성원 추가를 클릭하고 구성원을 추가해줍니다.
Click Add members and Add members to it.
아래의 Microsoft App 관리 센터에 관리자 계정으로 접근합니다.
Access the below link, Microsoft 365 Apps admin center with Admin permission.
사용자 지정 아래의 정책 관리 > 만들기 클릭합니다.
Customization > Policy Management > Create
정책 이름을 입력해주고 다음을 클릭합니다.
Naming Policy and Next.
지정된 그룹 체크 > 그룹 추가 > 방금 생성한 보안 그룹을 추가 > 저장을 클릭합니다.
그 후, 다음을 클릭합니다.
Check This policy configuration applies to users in the specified group > Add Group > Add Security Group recently made > Save > Next
약 2200 여개의 정책이 나오게 되는데 loop 를 검색하시고 Create and view Loop files in Loop 를 선택해줍니다.
appx. 2200 policies appear, search "loop" > select Create and view Loop files in Loop.
구성 설정을 사용으로 선택해주시고 적용을 클릭합니다.
그 후, 다음을 클릭합니다.
Select Enable in Configuration setting > Click Apply > Next
만들기를 클릭해줍니다.
Create
만든 후, 2~3 시간이 지나면 Loop Application 에 접근할 수 있습니다.
After Creating it, wait 2~3 hours, can access and use Loop Application.
